Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the use of the NaMi app.

General

The app is developed and maintained by Janneck Lange. It is a private project and is not an official product or service of the DPSG.

The app is provided as is. There is no guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free or suitable for a specific purpose.

Use of the app

You use the app at your own responsibility.

You are responsible for:

  • the correctness of data you enter or import
  • protecting access to your device
  • complying with any legal or organizational requirements that apply to your use of member-related data

Some app functions require an internet connection. Availability may depend on external systems, third-party services and your network connection.

Source code and contributions

The source code of the project is openly visible and contributions are welcome.

However, this does not mean that the app, its branding or the project content may be freely reused for separate own products or commercial purposes without permission.

Unless a separate license or explicit written permission states otherwise, you may not use the project name, branding, app identity or substantial parts of the project to publish your own separate app or service based on this project for your own purposes.

If you want to contribute, discuss changes or support development, use the project’s public collaboration channels or contact the maintainer directly.

Third-party services

The app may use third-party services such as feedback, analytics, app store or address services. Use of such services may be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of those providers.

Updates and changes

The app may change at any time. Features may be added, changed or removed without prior notice.

The maintainer may also stop providing the app or parts of it at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the maintainer is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the app, from temporary unavailability, from incorrect data, or from the behavior of third-party systems.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated if the project, its usage model or its legal framing changes.
